I have applied for researches but haven't heard back?

There are two main reasons why this happens, the first being that you're not who we're after. We maybe looking for people who use a certain brand/product, we don't always list what we are looking for as it can be too leading.

and the second that there aren't any places left!

Be quick to respond

Be easy to get hold of, many people don't leave a contact number

Answer all of the questions we ask on application, we NEVER consider half filled email applications

Please DO NOT apply on behalf of someone else

Why do you email me researches in one area when I live far away?

We appreciate it can be frustrating but some of our places are filled by people who have been recommended by friends or family in other areas. Someone always know someone!

If research is confidential - why do you ask for photo ID?

We ask you to show at the research photo ID, passport, driving license etc so we can ensure quality control. Not everyone is truthful and often register under several names. It's a two way street, we can prove who we are and respondents need to do the same.

What we will do is ask for the last 4 digits of your chosen (by you!) ID and you can confirm at the research.

You will be supplied with an e-invite, map and text with details
